You may not want to hear this, but it's true. Everyone does dumb things at some point. In your case, the dumb thing was obsessing over a Twitter girl to the point where she got nervous, and then this caused both harm to your reputation and your ability to play poker in all venues. A big reason for this is because there's so many feuds, scams, and scandals, nobody has time to obsess over anything long term unless it's absolutely huge.
3) You can probably get the ban at WSOP lifted at some point, maybe even for 2025. Again, I am offering you some tips as to what to write to them if you want them to reconsider. However, if you are too proud to do this, then you will remain banned. They are fine without your business.

She lies about other verifiable information including the frequency of contact, that there are other women who have been my “victims”, and claiming I said things that I never said. The damage to her credibility, combined with the lack of effort to cut off contact with me, means her claim for a protective order could be dismissed.

One of them pulled a 2000% increase, and another a 5000% increase following my advice. My biggest prediction was $doge and is just now taking shape how I predicted.
In conclusion, this was a consensual and solicited communication that benefited my abuser, and should be protected free speech. Regardless of the absurdity from an uninformed observer's POV she manipulated it to fit a bias of hers.

So after reading most of the above, i had to stop because of the rambling nonsense and unsubstantiated claims by the OP. Where is any of the credible documentation you have? You claim she lied in her testimony. Where is any proof of that? No credible attorney will handle this matter, based on what I have seen so far. But, you already know this, because you are posting about it here. Otherwise, your attorney would tell you to keep your mouth shut and let them handle the matter. All you are going to do is bring more legal problems on yourself, and more disappointment.

It will be fun to be a co-defendant with Phil Galfond, Pokernews, Joey Ingram, Doug Polk, and Veronica Brill again!This caused me a prolonged, ongoing, and extreme amount of pain. In my opinion, Schubert’s actions combined with the negligence of influencers I will list below have contributed to my suffering and kept me from regaining control of my life. In reality, this is congruent to a pattern in this world where the elite class, to their benefit, leverage situations where they have control over others.
They have actively avoided addressing my concerns and not upheld the expected level of professional conduct and ethical standard within the field of poker. They have essentially built a wall against any negative feedback. They have breached the standard of care in the industry by stonewalling me and looking the other way while another influencer with more power and influence wrongs a powerless member of the poker industry. They have done the same with regard with the threat on my life, and the fake death threat being spread, and a consistent attempt to get me to commit suicide, which I’m confident will be linked back to influencer women in the industry.
They will most likely deflect, ignore, and avoid any questions that could indicate their negligence, lead to them being held accountable, let me reclaim control of my life, and catch my abusers.

I’ve pleaded for close to two years to have my case reviewed. I want it to be looked at by the same judge again and to have an opportunity to appeal this injustice through the legal system.

Niko, whether you believe it or not, I have given you every chance to speak here. You've complained that other forums have banned you and deleted your messages. You have complained that other pros have blocked you or refused to interact with you.
I have been extremely gracious in our dealings here, and you've had the floor in multiple threads to state your case.
However, if you're really planning to sue me, I don't want you here. I already dealt with one frivolous lawsuit spawning from this place -- Mike Postle. Some of the co-defendants were the same ones you listed!
I don't give a shit who you decide to sue (though it won't work), but it can't be me. If it's going to be me, then you're not welcome on my forum. This is true for anyone else on this forum who states the intention to sue me. They won't be here any longer, either.
So if you are going to continue to post here, you are going to have to state for the record that I am not going to be part of any lawsuit you file regarding this matter.
