This is not the fault of any particular political party, but given that Biden/Harris have been in place for almost 4 years, it's laughable that just now Biden is claiming to suddenly have a need for more FEMA funding. les, it's true that $650m was spent on illegals. Even that Washington Post article defending Biden admitted it, in a roundabout way:

The real question is whats going to happen in Florida. Tampa is the bullseye for Milton and they havent taken a direct hit since 1921. If this thing shoves a 30ft storm surge up Tampa Bay which is very possible. Its gonna be a horrendous disaster. I have family there as well as around 45mi further north which likely will also get hit decently but without as much storm surge/flooding.
