Trump won't debate Harris again. He's afraid of being exposed again when up against someone with intelligence. The press, anything other than RT, won't cover his press conferences anymore because he only rattles on about his inauguration crowd size and eating cats and dogs. No issues or policies for Donny diaper. Harris only has to keep breathing at this point.

It's interesting... Pinny out of the blue yesterday greatly increased the vig on this wager.

Yesterday AM it was Trump +105/Harris -127 for a 22-cent split.

    Now it's Trump -104/Harris -128 for a 32-cent split.

When they do this it's usually because they're sensing some kind of uncertainty coming down the pike.

    Walz pedo stuff???

Trump is poised to sweep the south, and carry with ease Arizona. Nevada yeah who cares. I go back to the fact the WAPO/ABC poll has Biden up by 17 in Wisky, yes 17 the week before the 2020 election. Biden carried the state by .07.

This is going to be a Trump rout. I have $9,000 on this one, and adding.

Those polls all kind of validate that his Hispanic and black support is up, and he is losing a lot of white voters. We will see when the actual votes occur, but those polls tell the same story the pollsters keep singing.

You've changed, you just have. I used to respect you, but I can't respect a man that has no respect for himself. You have just changed, I am not sure what happened to you, but I am not liking what I am seeing.

it reinforces the basic assertion that zero point zero people who didnt vote for trump last time are voting for him this time while a lot of people who did have just plain had enough of his schtick.

that said this really does all feel a lot like the confidence i felt about hillary in 2016 so id never place a bet here.

I drove through Wisconsin last month. Yes anecdotal, but I saw 4 Harris signs and literally 200 Trump signs. Trump has captured the white working voter, and there is no Covid this go around. This one is easy. Trump is going to own the rust belt. It's just a formality at this point. People don't realize how immeasurable the Teamsters siding with Trump will be.

You are losing it my friend. You sound like one of those libs on twitter who yell at Nate Silver when he says something they don't like. You need to go outside, work out a little, quit focusing on polls 24/7.

I was simply pointing out the obvious. He's polling better than expected in diverse states and a little lower than expected in old white states.

He's still the old white pick and she's still the brown pick, but making any inroads with the other base makes polls strange.

I think he will win. I don't care who wins. Thats a move from left center to pretty much straight center for me and you are whining like I have changed. This election is lose/lose for everyone.

Except for black people. I couldn't find a black Trump voter last election. I knew they existed. Now I hear them and see them around me. This inflation shit hit them harder. I assume it's the same with Hispanic voters. I just don't know many.

ive bumped into a few of them on sosh and usually the context is someone pointing out something with a really jarring and obvious far right bias and a black dude showing up to accuse them of tarring and feathering everything they dont like as right wing.

if/how that skews the EC remains to be seen of course.

We all have moments we live IRL.

In 2010 when Ted K died and it was all a formality that Martha Coakley was going to take his seat and Obama care was going to sail through the senate. This was the leading logic and in the peoples republic of Massachusetts how could you expect anything different? Well the week of the election the change was palpable. Walking around town it was the talk of the nation and people were saying “No way im voting for her….. are you?? Yeah no way”. honestly its the only time in all my years in the north east I ever felt that people were going to step up and do thee right thing. Ended up being a bloodbath and Obamacare was passed but not in anywhere close to original form.

The only other time I saw something like this was in 2016. Took a trip up past west palm beach into central florida. There was not a Hillary sign anywhere to be found. Keep in mind this was before Florida became solidly red. Polls had Hillary winning florida handily. Anyone who shut the TV off and just took a good look around and talked to people knew there was just no shot. She might win the election but zero shot she wins the state.

I don't know anyone in Michigan or Ohio. I know a few people in Pa and Wi. Admittedly my Pa people say its a coin flip and the trump act has worn thin. My Wisconsin friends tell me its over - Trump in a landslide. The few interviews and many videos of the unintelligent word salads have got her labeled as stupid. I ask “are you sure” and its all the same old story of they dont know anyone who is voting for Harris….. and there are a lot of teachers in this group.

One of the major reasons why Florida is republican to the point Democrats have given up is due to people of color.

It was North/central Florida that came out big for Trump, but that wasn't demographically surprising. What shocked everyone over the last decade is how many Hispanics in South Florida and Blacks in Palm Beach/Broward came out Republican.

Not all Hispanics are the same. South Florida hispanics are religious and have “family values”.

Lot of Money in PBC/Broward and that includes a generation of semi wealthy Black families, more so than ever before.

The polls say 55/45 split…… might as well be 80/20. Trump wins Fla in a landslide. Of course that was the case in 2020 as well. It was the one good early election night data point for Trump. It was assumed he would carry Georgia

You're missing the point, it's more collective data showing Trump is more ahead of her now than he was at any point over Hillary. In September 2020 he was polling around 4 points worse than he is there now.
