sounds like he had an AK-47 type rifle, scoped and only between 300-500 yards from the 2nd greatest President of our time (Ronald Reagan 1st ) ... a go-pro attached to his head... he was gonna make sure it was documented... possibility with them go-pro's is some you can live stream with... tethered to a phone for a livestream... i wonder if he was doing that??
