Again this boils down to something very simple. A longtime terrorist organization attacked the Israeli homeland with the goal to murder as many civilians as possible. They succeeded in murdering 1200 of them, and took hundreds of hostages, over 100 of whom haven't been returned, nearly a year later.
Israel has a right to retaliate and defend itself. If Hamas' leaders are hiding among civilians to avoid facing justice, and if it is too dangerous to do a ground operation in such hostile territory, then Israel has every right to use air attacks to go after the leaders. If the leaders want to see no civilian casualties, they can stop using them as human shields.
Everything beyond this is overcomplicating the matter. It is not "genocide" to go after the leaders of a terrorist government which attacked your country's homeland.
Hiroshima and Nagasaki saw about 200,000 civilians killed.
History does not present this as a genocide.
Civilian casualties are an unfortunate result of war. When one government attacks another on its homeland, retaliatory civilian casualties are often likely That's why you need to consider the consequences before you attack another country with the means to wreck you in response.
Amazing seeing the anti-Semitic idiots who think Israel needed to just take this attack and accept it as a result of how they were dealing with Gaza up to that point. They wanted Israel to say, "Okay, point taken. Now that you've murdered 1200 of our civilians, which concessions would you like so you don't do this again to us?"
