The thing I’m most surprised at is her being even in all these swing state polls in the rust belt that were Trump +4 before. I very much view her as a CA politician. I get it in Michigan with their demographics, less so in PA and Wisconsin.

I still think this is a backup QB bump. Everyone thinks their backup QB is Tom Brady until they realize they’re Cade Mcnown. It’s testament to just how much Trump is hated when any generic Dem can be even against him. She’s below generic. She’s more Walmart brand.

Adding Mark Kelly though would make it interesting. He’s a serious dude, especially contrasted with Vance. One of those guys you wish were at the top of the ticket rather than the bottom. People vote for top of the ticket, but if it gets truly close, having Kelly around would help.
