so i agree with Gut here, and here is my theory of his actions.... pitches pretty well in Japan, he probably thinks good enough to get a call from a MLB team ( and it is IMO ).... but no call.... so signs this 5 game contract in Mexico to keep himself available and ready for a call up and being close stateside.....

i see a lot of rumors saying he is some sort of cancer in the locker room/dugout.... but i have read and seen conflicting reports about that too....??

Got some updates for you.

First, crazy Lindsey started a thread about how she seduced Madison Cawthorn (!!) awhile back, supposedly "undercover". She included two pictures as proof, then implied he was gay/bi (which is already known/suspected). For some reason she thought she'd be creating some big scandal. I guess she wasn't following the news for the last 2 years or so.

Lindsey and Trevor have had various civil lawsuits and civil actions against one another.

The first was Lindsey attempting to get a restraining order against Trevor. This was DENIED because the judge determined Trevor was not an ongoing threat to her safety (which was correct).

Next, Trevor sued Lindsey for defamation in 2023, and she countersued for assault and sexual battery. That case had a bizarre conclusion. Both sides agreed to drop their respective suits, but Trevor agreed to allow his insurance company (presumably homeowners' insurance) to pay Lindsey $300k for legal fees. It is possible that this was some kind of anti-SLAPP matter, where plaintiffs getting their defamation suits dismissed owe the other side's legal fees. That is what happened when Postle sued me, though he never paid (shocker).

The settlement was made with the agreement that Hill would not claim it was a win in any way.

On X, she posted, "Trevor handed back an insurance sum to me that was meant for him in order for me to drop my countersuit", as justification to her claim that she had been telling the truth the entire way.

In October 2024, he sued Lindsey again, claiming she violated the agreement. He asked for $10,000 for each of the 22 times Hill posted in violation, along with additional money for attorney fees and interest. That total equated to $309,832.02, which was slightly more than Hill received in the insurance payment.

Oddly, despite Hill spending lots of time on X trashing Bauer repeatedly, she didn't respond to that lawsuit. The strangest part is the fact that the judge initially said in February 2025 that Bauer didn't have a strong enough case, and refused to give a default judgment. All Hill had to do was respond and she probably would have prevailed, but she chose not to, for unknown reasons. The judge again denied default judgment in April, claiming that Bauer was asking for too much in attorney's fees. However, after Lindsey still hadn't responded by early June, the judge got tired of it, and awarded the entire amount.


Sara Gonzalez, a pro-Bauer reporter who has clashed heavily with Lindsey on X, gleefully reported this:

Trevor Bauer was blacklisted from MLB because of a s*xual assault allegation from gold-digger Lindsey Hill, a woman with an inconsistent story & shady evidence who told a friend about Bauer: "Need daddy to choke me out...being an absolute WHORE to try to get in on his 51 million."

The case was settled without Bauer paying her a dime, though the damage to his career was already done.

Hill has a criminal history, and a warrant out for her arrest for multiple charges in Kentucky, listed below.

Now, the only money ever exchanged between the two is Hill paying Bauer $309,000. Bauer has still never paid her a cent.

So to sum up: Lindsey Hill has now been ordered to pay Bauer, and has been arrested and is being charged with assault and abuse with an outstanding warrant for her arrest. Bauer’s other false accuser is currently being charged with committing fraud against him. And most importantly, Bauer has never been arrested, charged with a single crime, or paid even a cent to an accuser.

That's a very bad look. She can be dragged into court over this, and compelled to explain where she gets her money. It's one thing if you're a Mike Postle who is simply dodging a court judgment. That happens all the time. To openly state on social media that you've prepared for 4 years to dodge collection... that's a different matter, especially when you've already received $300k in a related case.

Hill was also recently arrested in Kentucky for a drunk-and-disorderly situation where she was also charged with animal cruelty, alleging she had left a dog inside her hot car. What a mess!

I guess it's not hard, once you figure out where they're going to be, and how to flirt with them in order to grab their interest.
