while there are definite differences in the way each president handled these documents and what transpired around them, we don't know if they are material enough to warrant the disparity in being charged vs not. none of us do.
these things should be let to grand juries and juries. even though as we have all seen, the venue will smh determine usually how this goes. however, the biased, appointed prosecutor's office unilaterally determining this is corrupt. the AG has no shame. he's still sore he didn't get on the SCT bc of Trump/Mitch and doesn't give a damn about much else.
the failure of this is just another example of the divided and corrupt system. recall James comer deciding what a "reasonable prosecutor" would pursue involving Hillary bleaching and destroying her hard drive... jesus christ, how blatant. who the fuck is he to decide that. he's law enforcement, they gather the facts and the judicial system will decide what to make of them.
