there was no ‘first hearing’ if there was I sure as hell would have heard about it

I was living in a luxury apartment building in downtown Sacramento called Capitol Towers in plain sight and hardly ‘hiding behind the door’ as you previously claimed

I came home after work to find a business card from the Sacramento Sheriffs Department stuck to my door and IMMEDIATELY contacted them confirming my court appearance eager to address your hollow and baseless charges against me

I appreciate the effort Todd, but if you’re gonna file a ‘civil restraining order’ against someone, at the very least show up for your own case

oh and maybe invest a little money in hiring a decent attorney who doesn’t generate more income delivering for DoorDash than from his own failed law practice
