These are all things you have said about me since returning to PFA 6 months ago, and you have refused tor retract any of it, even when I took the time to clarify. You have certain idiotic narratives in your head which you refuse to reconsider.

Martin, everyone on this forum can verify that any "conflict" started here in the past 6 months was instigated by you, not me.

There were two restraining order hearings. I attended the first one after it was told to me that you avoided service. I attended by Zoom. I did get to hear a lol case of some woman asking for a restraining order against her neighbor because they had an ongoing feud going which started because she left her trashcans out too long.

Anyway, the judge said he had record that you were not served, and asked if I had you served at any point. I stated that I had not, and that you had avoided service, and referred him to the documents indicating that. He reviewed the documents and agreed you had likely avoided service, but said that there is no legal mechanism in California to compel you to appear in a restraining order case if you have not been served. My options at that point were to either drop it, or to schedule a second hearing a few months later. I chose to schedule a second hearing.

I then attempted to have you served a second time. Again, I was told you avoided service. However, in those few months in between, you had completely ceased contact, which was my goal in the first place. I could have had you served via a PI or someone else very good at it, but that would have cost me more than I wanted to spend on this, and since you hadn't contacted me in awhile, I figured I'd just give up. I did not show up to the second hearing because I was sure it would be the same result as the first -- being told that I have to either reschedule or drop it.

Unbeknownst to me, you had received a letter and chose to show up to the second one. Had I known that, I would have shown up. But I was sure you wouldn't be there and hadn't been served, so I no-showed and let it get dismissed.

That's the 100% truth.

So nobody "won" here because it was never heard in court.

I am happy to drop this matter, and if you notice, you brought it up, not me.

Not sure what angle Tyde is playing here. Druff was on record back in the day the restraining order was not followed through on by the Judge and Druff elected not to pursue it any further because the contact Tyde was making had ceased. Druff was very clear, there was no winner or loser, he was not on here bragging and he was the not the one that brought it up. Not every court case has a winner or loser, most are just dropped like this one.

With all that said, Tyde you never had any issue in July when you used Druff's site to get a WSOP stake, and Druff was kind enough to take time out of his day, and his money for that matter until it was received, to meet you at the RIO to hand it to you. That had to be a huge fucking pain for Druff. He had to go to the ATM or cash in chips, set a time aside and find you at the RIO. He probably did not want to do it, but it was a gesture. And you return him with this. LOL.

I'd rather you channel your energy to the upcoming Republican primaries and caucuses then dredging up ancient shit, Druff is right something that happened three years ago is not radio worthy.
