Another question was, "Did you hit this using freeplay?"

I did not. It was my own dime.

Was I winning a lot, and thus willing to take a chance on $100/hand video poker? No, in fact I was down $8300 just 10 minutes earlier.

Did I go to this $100/hand game because I was losing and tilted? No, I started at this game.

Have I ever taken a massive loss playing video poker before? Not massive, but I did lose $17k in Lake Tahoe in 2017.

Did this hit put me ahead lifetime in video poker? Yes.

Have I been lucky with Royals before? Only once. On a trip to Harrah's Rincon in 2015, I had 6 royals on a 5-play machine. Other than that 2015 trip, I've had exactly ZERO royals in my lifetime! This is NOT counting wild royals on Deuces Wild, which are fairly common, and also not counting royals on 50-100 play machines where it's almost assured you'll get one if you play awhile. But on machines with fewer than 30 hands going, I've never had a Royal except this one and the six I got on the 2015 trip. Up until this, I've run extremely bad with Royals.

That's all I can say for now.
