    It can't be a coincidence that he lives in the same Vegas complex as before.

    High chance it's the same unit.

    He got a sweetheart deal on that unit as COVID was beginning, and I always believed that the owner (who I believe has a few fast food franchise restaurants) was one of the early chums.

    When Chrissy was booted, I'm guessing the owner decided he no longer wanted to take a loss by giving it to Chrissy at such a discount. But it's possible that the owner had a shitty experience with the new tenant, and came running back into the arms of Chrissy.

    It's also possible that the owner wanted occasional use of the condo again. I believe at the time, Chrissy and Stacy were glorified caretakers, and had a soft agreement to leave the premises for a few days, whenever the owner wanted to come into Vegas. In return, they paid very little to stay there. I believe Chrissy sold the dude on the "Mitchell's" being a good Christian family.

    Obviously when it's rented to normal tenants, the owner does not have the ability to force them to leave.

    So maybe it was Chrissy time again, as the owner believed it "worked out" the first time.

    These are all just guesses. But if we do identify that Chrissy is BACK there, I have some suggestions I will post at that time.

    I thought You might have, however I was figuring two things. They list PAST residents as Chrissy, Stacy Meier(lol), and Philip Dugan? The other two Daniel Kassity and his wife are the Owners of the Condo.

    Then it lists Robert Foster as the “Most Recent Tenant”… So the order of tenants would have been presumably Stacy & Chrissy 2020, Philip Dugan 2022-2023 and the Most recent possibly being Robert Foster. It could be out of order since no actual dates are listed. If we can track down this Dugan character, it might explain the order of occupancy!

    Unfortunately, I don't have his exact address, but with 100% certainty (leaving the methodology vague for privacy reasons) I can guarantee that CM is back in the same development as Kraft Mountain.

    I also have his exact Chevy Tahoe Illinois License Plate#, but I've decided that while it's interesting info, I don't want to post it publicly.

    CM did a big walk-through video when he first moved in (wearing a black bathrobe?) and that video would be super helpful to see if one of the rooms/closet door matches.

    If anyone knows where that video (from his first deleted channel) is, that would be great.

    Otherwise, I might have to reach out to the Mumbler to see if he's got it.

Probably some weird deal like Druff mentioned...The owners also own a franchised McDonald's in California...

    I don't remember Robert Foster being attached to the Craft Mountain Condo prior to this year. The first time I recall seeing it was when Forum Wars posted it not too long ago.

    If Chrissy and Stace left the Craft Mountain Condo on good terms, and as far as we are aware - They did. So why this go around would they need a co-signer? Something doesn't sit right....

    Here is a possibility... Chrissy may have asked the owners if they would sell. Now, obviously Chrissy is in no position to buy and get financing from a traditional source due to his credit score, lack of significant down payment, and proof of actual job and income. I think there may be a real possibility that Chrissy was able to talk the owner into OWNER FINANCING the condo. If this did happen, Robert Foster is simply used as a security.

    Most people would never owner finance a house, but since Chrissy has leased from the owner previously and likely paid on time, if Chrissy made the deal sweet enough for the current owner, it may just be possible that he went ahead and gave Chrissy owner financing.

    Normally home owners wouldn't offer this because they need the equity or cash for another property. The current owner appears to be fairly wealthy, and likely doesn't mind if money is "tied up" if he is getting a decent return. Let's say Chrissy offered him 12% interest, $40k down, with Mr. Fosters backing. From the current owners standpoint, it's not a bad deal.

    This is actually the perfect situation where owner financing would benefit both the current owner and the buyer.

    Not saying this is the case, but it would not surprise me one bit.




    $450k x 12% = $3,750 monthly. No HOA fees for the owner, no property taxes, no upkeep on the unit. This would now all be paid by Chrissy. Also, he can amortize the loan to where the bulk of the interest is paid in the first part of the loan. Make him agree to get own financing within 5 years. Owner would be getting guaranteed $3,750 monthly, if Chrissy defaults, he takes the house back and makes Chrissy his Bitch.

    I’m thinking the move from Both Texas and Chicago was because he was Banned from filming, playing or both from his favorite Casino’s’s’s! I recall he hadn’t been to WinStar for over 3 months before leaving Dallas. But got itchy balls to go to Chicago and Vegas in those 3 months!

    In Chicago, the last time he was at Rivers was July. So it is possible he was banned from Rivers casino and that forced him to leave earlier than anticipated!

    Kind of like how he doesn’t film or play at Bellagio since Mumbles alerted security to his film and cash in/cash out habits!

    The Chicago lease being abandoned may not be a big deal. There are a few possibilities:

    Most likely: Chrissy told them he wanted to break the lease, and they found a tenant to replace him. When you have a lease and want to break it, the landlord has to make at least some effort to look for a replacement tenant. If they can't find one, the lessee is on the hook for the remainder of the time (or a replacement is found, whichever is less time). A lease basically means, "We are agreeing to keep you as a tenant for X amount of time, and you are promising toSmei pay for X amount of time, unless we find someone to replace you at your request."

    Semi likely: Chrissy just got tired of Chicago (or couldn't afford the $10k/month anymore -- or both), and just bounced. Not like his credit is good anyway. This would assume Big Daddy Foster isn't on the lease, which he might be.

    Semi likely: Chrissy bounced as described above, and left Big Daddy Foster in the lurch, until the building can find a replacement tenant!

    Unlikely: Chrissy is paying $10k/month for a place almost 2000 miles away, where he no longer lives.

    By the way, in a 3.5 year period, we have seen the following moves:

    Ohio to Vegas
    Vegas to Texas
    Texas to Chicago
    Chicago to Vegas

    This indicates that Chrissy has ants in his pants and is not happy with any of his life situations. It involves repeated failures, where he thinks to himself, "Oh, I know what will fix this! I will go to a new city where they have X opportunity for me, and I'll REALLY become a millionaire this time!"

    Rinse and repeat.

    Bottom line is that Chrissy probably realized Vegas has the most casino's's's's's, and the degenerate gambler in him wasn't happy unless he was among all of that. He also probably went busto or near busto in Chicago, and somehow blamed the city for it.
