I Slapped Together a Few Random Clips For You Dorks

today is Friday the 25th about 10:30 AM and I have literally done zero actual work this entire week

my daily routine is basically waking up around sunrise and grabbing a hot coffee and driving a couple miles along the 101 until I find a good spot

roll down my window to get a little morning coastal breeze, fire up a few tokes, then check Drudge, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc…and take about 30 mins to get percolated properly

then I kick off the flip flops and go for a nice walk on the beach for about an hour or so, then hit my favorite cafe’ in Carlsbad for a beautiful skillet scramble breakfast and fresh squeezed OJ

I’m usually rolling into Oceanside about noon or so snagging a premium paid parking spot right in the middle of all the action.

Of course my cooler is adequately stocked with sodas, and gourmet edibles like feta cheese stuffed olives, salami, fresh fruit, cheeses, crackers and basically whatever I feel like eating

then it’s pretty much kick back and people watch, listen to music, and soak up the sun all day while taking the occasional break for an herbal refreshment

this is what I do virtually every single day of my life now

I’ll hit up Oceans 11 about twice a week to splash around at 1/3NL because of course everybody knows me there and I have to pop in for cameos

dinner is always the highlight of my day, and I eat like a fucking king

I do try to work a few hours one or two days a week if I feel like putting some scratch together, but this week with the tropical storm rolling through combined with the absolutely glorious sunny weather…

working was simply not an option

You ever stop to consider the paradise LA must have been when Druff’s parents moved there? Can you imagine the late 50’s early 60’s. Before the 401 was built and all that. Damn paradise lost. There are videos out there that make you want to cry that you couldn’t be there then.

I went to Brophy Prep in Phoenix and the rich kids would spend the summer in La Jolla and I would tag along. I remember Cali somewhat before it became a shithole.

I have been observing limitles and noticed that most of his posts these days are trolling Marty.

When Marty came back to this site, I told him that I would allow random trolling of him, as that's part of PFA, and everyone is subject to that, including me.

However, following him into every thread and bashing him just for the sake of bashing him is a different story. limitles is clearly doing that.

I have removed limitles' post here and banned him from this thread. This is the official warning to limitles to stop the obsessive trolling of Marty. It is just ruining the forum, as nobody wants to read limitles' automatic negativity (which also is rarely entertaining -- just angry) in response to anything Marty posts.

Were Marty trolling here himself, this would be more understandable, but he's actually bringing real content to PFA, as I'm sure everyone as noticed.

Limitles, I will have to post restrict you if I see it again. You can criticize or bash Marty if it's on topic and occasional, but if I see the obsessive attacks like I'm seeing since Marty returned, then I will have to restrict you.

I understand you have a personal issue with him, but don't ruin PFA with it. Thank you.

I’ve been posting all these vids and content not as some pathetic ‘brag’ or because I crave accolades or attention

It’s because I like making these vids and using PFA as a creative outlet of sorts, but most importantly for entertainment value and trying to inject some life into this place even its at my expense

I can throw down on any topic or subject matter with the best of them, and I’m just as guilty of trolling as anyone else but…

the repetition of the same shit over and over is just flat out boring not only for me, but all the members I imagine

limitles and bottomset have just become leeches sucking the life out of this place one post at a time

those two are easily the worst offenders, so I’m happy you put your boot up their asses

trolling is one thing I get it, but it’s been getting absurd

I got a killer job with American Seafoods making bank on one of their fishing trawlers in Alaska while still in Mexico, and my long time friends in San Diego (Pam and Greg who I worked with in Hawaii 25 years ago) agreed to watch him for me while I was on this contract

well they fell in love with him and wanted to adopt him…they have a beautiful home near Miramar with two teenage kids and kinda wore me down so I finally agreed

I miss Tommy every day and regret it, but truthfully he has a much better home with no shortage of love and attention…I kinda realized working for 4 months on 2 months off was not fair to him and probably super confusing so I let him go

Also re-homed 3 other pups in Ensenada

then I bought this great little purebred golden retriever, but re-homed him about a week later after I realized I was in way over my head living on the 12th floor of a condo in downtown Sacramento trying to raise an 8 week old puppy and working full time

but yes absolutely I do very much miss not having a dog in my life but that may change very soon

found him a super nice young couple in the bay area with a small daughter to adopt him

when I put the ad up online, my phone and email blew the fuck up with people who wanted him

Everyone here is well aware about what went down between Marty and I. We’re on good terms now but even when we weren’t one thing I could never say was that he wasn’t devoted to his pets. Tommy was awesome. I think when Marty was staying in the hotel near me that Tommy was constantly chewing up the TV remote but you just couldn’t be mad at the dog.
