I actually used to have a very bad speech impediment as a kid and my mom used all her money to get me speech therapy and that helped a lot.

Now that I am rich and powerful I always try to help out other people who struggle with speech impediments as I have mostly overcome that issue but feel a lot of empathy for other adults who still struggle.
