it's easy to be brave and send missiles to blow up people from afar. war is malignant, pernicious, and contagious. history proves this. the reason i posted the video was to show a snippet of what war is and to hope the viewers take a few seconds to put themselves in that injured soldier's shoes (which are likely still on his feet a few yards away from him) as he ponders why he is now a crippled prisoner of war, and wondering if he will see his wife again.
gordo, have you come home to a father made mentally ill by killing hundreds in a war across the world at 19 and 20 years old, doing what he believed was his duty? NO ONE who has experienced this encourages war, whether by proxy or otherwise.
as i've stated before, anyone who has studied Stalingrad knows to an unflinching certainty that there will only be one outcome of this "war."
the US is a weak, over-extended, bloated, soft, and spoiled nation. as soon as Biden restarts conscription, you will have your answer for what the nation wants. until then, people only care bout what the next giveaway means for them. at best, this is Europe's problem, which we are funding with debt.

We are in a precarious spot domestically. I can’t believe we are tossing the dice in a war with Russia in our current condition. War has a variance and unintended consequences like you read about.
We don’t exactly have the robust leadership required for such a thing. Don’t like our odds.
Just as the Covid lock-down contributed enormous debt but enriched so many in the greatest transfer of wealth in human history. So too this war.
Just wait for the eventual rebuild of Eastern Europe. Blackrock, Halliburton etc will smash in another wealth transfer. We will be further weakened by the next giveaway.
