I was never in a club like this, and those days are behind me, but there is no better town for casual drug use & sex than SF.
I went to Chico State, Playboy's original # 1 Party School. Guys that couldn't get laid there, could in SF.
I used to go to LA + SD all the time, SF has the best looking women, too.
