Bob Lee invented Cash App, and at one time was CTO of electronic payment giant Square.
He was very left wing, sometimes using his Twitter account @crazybob to accuse others of being racist by association:

Note that Bob tweeted the above during the height of the summer 2020 BLM riots.
Now he's dead at age 43:

While the full details are not known yet, it appears to have been a random stabbing on the streets of San Francisco, which has seen a huge uptick in crime due to mismanagement by the left-wing city government.
Some are now saying that Bob's tweet above is ironic, given that he was stating that you're a racist if you're Republican, yet it was Democratic soft-on-crime policies which likely led to his murder.
According to one of Bob's friends,
he was walking around in "a good neighborhood" when the stabbing occurred. This is very typical of rich white liberals, who love to defend lax criminal penalties for violent criminals, yet are always careful to avoid the areas where these crimes occur. If it doesn't affect them, it's easy to virtue signal, right?
The problem is that crime doesn't stay completely confined to the bad neighborhoods. It bleeds over to good neighborhoods nearby, and it looks like that's probably what killed poor Bob.
