It will be interesting to see how it pans out but i have to imagine anyone who is still on the course for round 1 in Phoenix is going to end up with an advantage over the players in the day one morning waive who had to deal with the worst of the weather.

For those of us who are calling down with King high, that eagle Rham sank before they blew the horn was fairly gigantic. Holes 14-18 played roughly 1-2 strokes under par yesterday in the wind. Hopefully with the better of the wind today Rham can finish about 5 under and have a great second round. We in a decent spot here.

Leaders will be ~5 under at the end of the day. Obviously starting off -5 vs +2 is a gigantic swing…… but there are some players who are more than capable of a big turn around. Rory and Colin at 70-1 are worth a look if you into lottery tickets.

Ive been told that LIV may have saved Phils life, or the lump sum he got dd to be more specific. Its also my understanding this book was delayed as a favor to Phils creditors so that the LIV checks cleared. once this book comes out Phil is likely finished in the court of public opinion, is my understanding.

I think I heard Walters was sentenced to 5 years. Insider trading. Prison & home confinement. I think I heard that Walters felt the conviction could have been avoided if Phil stepped up.

If what you say above is true I find that a fascinating kindness.

The subject of Walters owning many golf courses came up. He loved golf and was a good player. I think he is down to one purse in Vegas now. Regardless, the relationship with Mickelson was deep. It’s almost the stuff of movies …. or books.
