So these two got into an argument and JC called Chris a racist and blah blah idont know the full story, but im sure he hates Chris guts and would love to have his story heard! At the very least if he blocked you from the group, you can dispute charges on your credit card. This is a service you paid for and did not get to use.

If you write the dispute complaint properly, you have a decent shot at getting back everything you paid CM, not just the last month. Let us know if you need to know how to write the complaint.

I think we should contact everyone in the group and include a DRAFT of a well written dispute to send their credit card company. They can simply plug in their personal info into it, the body of the complaint would be written for them. I realize some will ignore it, but there will come a day shit goes South for them with CM and they may think back and use that pre written complaint to dispute the charges.


The picture infuri included in his first post showed 18 of the 30 (30 to 39) members (actually 16 since Chrissy and the skank were on there). Hopefully he can provide the rest of them so we get a fair shot at each one.

Since we have the names and locations of these members it will be easy to get their physical address. Sending a message through Facebook will get the attention of some but not all. I think if a pre written letter is sent to their HOUSE, it will get their attention, fast. A letter that explains everything about Chrissy. Also attach the pre written credit card dispute. Some will gloss over it, but I think it will save a few of them at the very least.

I believed these claims, and wanted to learn the secrets, so I paid $_____ to receive these strategies from Mr. Mitchell.

Unfortunately, it was a complete scam, and Mr. Mitchell provided no useful information regarding how one could beat casinos. His "coaching" consisted of nonsensical advice, such as "you can become a millionaire simply by winning a little bit and moving to another casino to continue gambling", or "double your bet every time you lose until you get it all back". These tactics were debunked more than 50 years ago, and are mathematically destined to lose. I realized that I had been hoodwinked by Mr. Mitchell, and in fact his wealth came from selling these bogus coaching packages to victims such as myself.

Mr. Mitchell sold me these phony and useless strategies based upon the lie that he has been making millions from beating the casinos, and also has violated his own money-back guarantee that he promised anyone who bought his services. He refused to provide my money back as promised.

Since becoming a victim of Mr. Mitchell, I have also done a web search for his name, and came to learn that there are many others who were victims to this same scam, and that all respected gambling experts regard him as a charlatan.

Infuri, I think you would be a huge motivation to the others if you file a chargeback and win. At the very least you will win the last month you paid based on the fact that he DENIED you access to what you paid for. I do not see any possible way that you do not get reimbursed for the last month if you can prove he denied you access into the group. If you win the other months payments, even better.

You can take pictures of the charges reversed and we can send them to the other members. I think it will definitely motivate some of them to file a charge back. Even folks that paid that read this forum. It can motivate them as well.

Remember, when you win a chargeback as the credit card holder, the merchant (Chrissy) has to pay the amount.

Regarding the “other guy” who asked to leave the Tampa event, I can confirm it was Kimo Lungs(unless Double Jackpot lied to me or was lied to) I don’t know that he got in a fist fight with Chrissy, but he was asked to leave for sure!
