Wouldn't be surprised if this gets diagnosed as Shingles.

As a side note it is becoming more common for those who have been vaccinated to suddenly develop shingles, possible coincidence or possibly the fact that people are taking jabs being developed in 12-18 months that would normally take 10+ years to be approved

I got my vaccine-related shingles in 2010. I've told the story many times. It's not shingles this time, though.

Unfortunately in this matter, I've had a regression tonight, and symptoms are getting worse

It's end of days. It may be COVID and variants, climate non control, homelessness, out of control obesity or rampant poverty in what was the richest nation, it's over.
