Thread: Blatant Gambling Scammer Christopher Mitchell (YouTube/Baccarat/Roulette/Sportsbetting)

  1. #5301
I hate his new clickbait titles. I'm now skipping to the end to see if he actually lost, to avoid giving him even one view. As long as you didn't watch 30 seconds of the video, the view doesn't count. Want my view, Chris? Keep uploading the footage where you lose too. Just say you lost on purpose the day after like you did last time, it's fine.

The disclaimer started allegedly because Yvette from Commission Kings was emailed by scam victims of the Inner Circle Jerk at the urging of Karen Davis. They probably told him the affiliate deal is cancelled if he doesn’t remove the guarantee of winning and say it is gambling afterall.

So of course KD takes full credit for this being a recurring theme and blames the forum for not emailing this Yvette lady even though none of us regular posters were actually scammed!

In her return emails, Yvette asked for proof and requested BOL account info to verify they lost due to Chrissy’s bullshit. So had all of us emailed her making false claims of being scammed by Chrissy, it might have actually hindered this effort and caused doubt because none of us could provide any proof we were individually scammed!

Kind of like when someone made a YT live video during a frivolous court case last year in some bizarre effort to help, yet only the ended up being the bullet the judge needed to fire off a frivolous restraining order

Sorry…I’m still not buying this whole Yvette thing. Why would BOL or Commission Kongs care what he says in videos? He never mentions BOL by name and doesn’t qualify wheee his guarantees would apply. Actually…he claims with a big enough bankroll he guarantees you will win regardless of venue. I’m thinking the Yvette thing was too coincidental and this is actually YouTube continuing to be nervous about gambling videos on their platform.

BedWetterBettor: Agree that it is questionable, but the timeline fits as the response emails were from end of Oct. and here’s Chrissy doing disclaimers early Nov. I think it was also due to his account being reported earlier, but it seems live victims get action done

It is highly unlikely that YouTube would instruct him to put the disclaimer “going forward” without issuing a strike and/or allowing all the old videos to stay up. Commission Kings is a real a thing and the correspondence with Kevin is authentic.

BOL has had problems before with affiliates on YouTube. There is also the matter of the growing legalization of betting apps. Betonline needs to protect their interest and this is a way they sort of cover their ass. It is the most likely scenario that Chrissy was instructed to use this disclaimer from BOL/Commission Kings. I do think Kevin’s correspondence played a big role in this case.

TheRivers: If it was BOL then they’re having him read a fraudulent disclaimer. He absolutely has made guarantees about winning and the evidence is still sitting on his channel…without even having to watch a single video.

@Rivers. Of course what you are saying in the rep is correct. BOL isn’t digging that deep. They have a guy streaming on their site and directing people to his affiliate link. This is mainly a PR move. “Hey this guy is out of his mind…tell him he needs to read some kind of disclaimer, so we can say we did something in case the shit hits the fan”. That’s probably close to the gist of the decision. This way they said the did something and that’s all they really care about it. Their concern is PR more than legal.

Commission Kings is technically partnered with BOL. They want to bring in money without causing any problems or controversy. In their heads I think this disclaimer does enough for them. Yes, the disclaimer is still full of untruths. But they are not worried about every word. They instructed Chrissy to do something and that probably satisfies them.

I think the best example regarding YouTube would be Steve Stevens (VIP Sports). He had for years had an offshore betting site as a sponsor of his videos. When they finally took action and gave him a strike, he had to go back and delete 100s of podcasts because they were violating the TOS that YouTube had just decided to enforce. The channel has around 20 K or so subs.

In my experience YouTube does not find middle ground. When they decide to take action they fully enforce on the entire channel. The do not distinguish between old and new videos. It is not fitting with any pattern I have seen for them to reach out to a creator and say we we let the old ones stand, but read this disclaimer on all the new ones. That is why I am sure this comes from Commission Kings and not YouTube.

I agree that it may have been Commission Kings telling him to take it easy with the Guarantees.

Also, there is a chance he is getting sued. In the lawsuit they may have claimed “Guaranteed to Win”, “Win 99%”, while plaintiff went busto and lost everything. He may have got shook up. I think at that point he would realizes he is fucked, knowing full well he can’t make such claims.

It will be interesting going forward if he continues the disclaimers, but more so the outrageous claims this scumbag claims to make.

Today's video is only vaguely interesting:

The disclaimer had a slightly different wording, but is still essentially "I cant guarentee results, and this is for entertainment only".

Starts with excuses of not sleeping much because he's sweaty (probably the landord and creditors asking for payment and realising he wont be getting too many more inner circle jerks with his disclaimers).
Claims its all that exercise he is doing, despite not posting any videos in his new fitness challenge series.

He lost first 4 spins, so marty-mitchell'd it to a $1750 bet on bet 5.

He has now changed it to "How many martys should you do?" "As many as it takes".
His new mantra is "You have to be willing to do whatever it takes".

Around the 19 minute mark he mentioned he lost "a couple of million in bad investments and bad business decisions, but got it all back".
    Sure buddy, sure.

Repeats yesterday's statements about dont tip the dealers because they dont get the money.

Ends roughly $200 up in a short 27 minute video.

Definitely not worth the watch [most of them arent].

    Here is the good news...

It’s always been believed that Christopher Mitchell would be impossible to collect from if a judgement was rendered against him since he would just hide his cash.

I really think this may have discouraged victims from suing him even in small claims court in Nevada.

The good news! We now know that he is making a good chunk of money from YouTube each month. This amount will only continue to grow as long as he is on YouTube.

We know one thing for a fact he is not quitting YouTube.

So guess what? By getting a levy against his YouTube earnings, you get paid before Chrissy! It’s the perfect situation. He’s not quitting Youtube!

I really didn’t want to type this open in the forum (not much Chrissy can do about it either way), I do believe it may convince someone who paid Chrissy to come forward and sue him if they know they can collect and that is why I put it here.

Dan Druff has asked for people to contact him if they have paid Chrissy (obviously not the regulars here, likely just the lurkers). He can help you. Definitely worth it. I’m sure he is still open to this.

Imagine how terrible the content could be, if he's forced to continue making videos as the only way to pay his debts off.

Something or somoene forced him to make this disclaimer.

It wasn't YouTube. YouTube would have striked one of his videos, and he would have been off the channel for a week. He wasn't, so we know he didn't get a strike.

It was highly likely either BOL or Commission Kings. There were probably complaints by former circle jerk members who lost on BOL despite Chrissy "winning every day" with his bullshit strategies. Remember, Chrissy only gets paid if people lose.

I will give credit wherre it's due. KD's idea for victims to write to Yvette was a good one. Anything where actualy VICTIMS are told to take some kind of tangible action (court, direct complaints to affiliates, etc) is usually good advice. Telling non-victims to make complaints or reports is bad advice. I have a lot of experience in this sort of thing, given that I've helped a ton of people over the last two decades attempt to recover scammed money. I learned even more recently, because of my new friendship with that Bay Area social media lawyer.

As BWB said, it's actually good that nobody from PFA wrote to Yvette, because none of us were victims, and she might have just tuned everything out.

I've long said that KD should collaborate with this forum to get things done, rather than treat us like rivals or adversaries. This isn't a competition to see who can have the most effect on Chrissy's channel. It should be a collaborative effort to where anything which slows down the scam is a win.

I must say that I have some very strong ideas regarding who wrote those emails to Yvette, but I won't get into that here. A win is a win, and I believe this is probably the reason Chrissy is doing those disclaimers.

BTW, you could see how Chrissy was seething as he was forced to read that disclaimer. He HATES shit like this. Chrissy is an egomaniac (lol at calling yourself "The GOAT" when you've accomplished nothing in any field except scamming), and he has major issues with authority. This is why he will never get real job -- because his ego doesn't allow him to take orders from other people.

Recall Lee Bradbury's story about Chrissy in court the first time. Prior to the super-unlucky chain of events which misled the judge into thinking the courtroom was recorded, Chrissy and the judge were arguing back and forth, and Chrissy was being threatened with contempt. He was a hair away from getting a contempt charge, and then the bullshit happened where that idiot court employee came up and (erroneously) said the court was being illegally streamed by Lee. Had that not occurred, there's a good chance Chrissy would've been thrown in the slammer that day for contempt, which would have been absolutely hilarious.

Anyway, if Chrissy couldn't even keep his compusure in court, where even serial killers can usually manage to do so, you can imagine how much the guy can't stand any kind of authority figure.

I'm sure he really, really, really, really wanted to tell Commission Kings and BOL to eat shit, but he didn't, so he backed down like a bitch, and agreed to read the disclaimer. Picture Christopher Mitchell the FUCKING GOAT being told what he can and can't say on his OWN YOUTUBE CHANNEL by someone not working for YouTube! Can you imagine how much that pissed him off?

So why did he do it?

Beause it's his meal ticket these days. It's probably the only way he's making money, and the only way he's staying in (degenerate) gambling action.

So when they demand that he add a disclaimer, after some weak arguing back and forth, they probably laid down an ultimatum that he either post the disclaimer or they'd kick him out of the program. At that point, he was like, "Sir! Yes sir! Whatever you say, sir!", and begrudgingly made that disclaimer.

We'll see how long he keeps doing it. Hard to believe he will put that in every video, but maybe he will for as long as that sweet BOL affiliate $ is coming in.

This guy’s comment is going to get Chrissy’s pea size brain turning. He’s going to think “you know what, this guy is right! Nobody puts Chrissy in the corner! I do what I want, when I want, ‘cause I’m the freaking GOAT! Nobody tells me what to do. BOL needs the GOAT more than I need them!”

He’s going to try to get away with the written disclaimer on a future video and then he’ll be going back to the verbal disclaimer that he reads like he’s in a hostage video reading the kidnapper’s statement, because they will threaten to terminate his affiliate account.

Chrissy, you look like a submissive little bitch reading that disclaimer.

When are you going to get your son the help he needs to start talking? Maybe next year by this time, we can move on from calling him “Silent Bubs” to calling him “Mumbles” or “Grunts”.

But seriously dude, take him to the Doctor. It may be something as simple as clogged ears preventing him from hearing.

It’s safe to say the disclaimer warning and ensuing arguments with Stacy are getting to him. Look at his latest IG post the day he had to make the disclaimer video!

    Name: 67423DAC-B602-46F5-87B8-6E2786F58739.jpeg

No shit eating grin with his fake front teeth showing? No holding up his food like he just caught a 20 lb. bass? Just a defeated , agitated look as Stacy or whoever took the photo, points the phone at him. Almost like he couldn’t drag himself to take a selfie and had to have someone “motivate” him to take a picture. Coming after the Astros losing and definitely costing him money and getting warned by BOL, he’s on tilt and May break sooner than later!

Now the question is what is he going to do with all the videos uploaded prior to making the disclaimer?

He needs to get his ass pounded on those videos!

    No more outrageous claims Chrissy!
    99% Nope, 100% Nope

As KD pointed out, he says in his disclaimer he has never “Guaranteed” folks to win. Numerous times in videos and on print Chrissy has made these guarantees.

So Chrissy, since you can no longer make Outrageous claims such as 99% winning, it’s time you print the truth...
Is the truth on black or red roulette 50/50? NOPE! That little green spot takes away 2.7%.

It’s now 47.3% winning percentage LOL. The truth isn’t so sexy huh Chrissy?

Go ahead Chrissy, don’t change your ways now. Put together your thumbnail...
    “GUARANTEED 47.3%” Bold Yellow font

The truth hurts Chrissy! Your BOL’s and Commission Kings Bitch!

TheRivers: I scrolled back and found at least 10 videos that have the words “guaranteed to win” right in the thumbnail

Christopher Jr. aka Bubs: Correction: To be fair, it's actually 48.6% (on European roulette). 2.7% is the overall house edge & can only be deducted if you're covering the entire roulette table.

Something else I have wondered about is the extent of Chrissy’s cocaine use. As most know a cocaine addiction can be very expensive. I personally don’t think he is just a recreational user, I think he is beyond that. There have been videos in the past, where it is as clear as day he is on an “upper”.
It is possible that he’s not doing “lines” but rather “bumps” many times per hour. Taking bumps really wouldn’t be noticeable to others, it will just perk him up rather than bouncing off the walls. To some full blown users the high may only last 5-10 mins.

Generally a full blown user only stops when:
    -Run out of cash
    -Overdose
    -Decide to quit/Rehab

I’ve seen some videos online where they discuss the cost of addictions. With cocaine they had an actor (I can’t recall his name) who at his peak was spending $1,500 per day ($45k per month). Then they had a high end stripper/escort who would strip during the day and fuck at night to support her habit. She had a $1,000 per day habit. Chrissy better be careful before he goes the same route (strip daytime, get fucked at nite).

It’s possible he is dropping some serious cash on that blow.

    What do you guys think?

PROUDBOY MAGA 2024: Most likely the welfare uppers like Adderal. Hopefully it's costing him big time, fuck that lowlife. He deserves everything coming to him !

shoeshine box: in keep telling you-"ADDERALL" not coke

Christopher Jr. aka Bubs: I don't think it's coke, there are far cheaper stimulants that his behavior resembles more. I'd say he's taking lower doses of either amphetamine or methamphetamine. I feel like he used to take larger doses in earlier videos (dry mouth, locked eyes)
