I've moved once again. A furnished place that as everything. But this includes a big sweet and adog who is completely ignored and in a caged basically. I will not put up with this even though it's only been two weeks.

It's abuse. There are no walks, nothing you expect from a dog owner. Whining from the dog is constant

I'm going to bring this to attention to authorities or kill the fucker myself

I'm considering bringing the do into my unit. It won't go well but I don't give a shit

Maybe theres another choice instead of killing the dog or stealing it. You could ask the owners if they might give it to you or allow you to take it for walks? Unless you're serious when you say you don't give a shit in which case I'll be anxiously awaiting to hear what happens next. Pretty sure you could do without the trouble you know would follow.

I don't think Limitles was talking about the Dog when he said,"Kill."
