half the chicken tenders (the ones on top) were beer battered
chicken breast seasoned with:
salt & pepper
paprika
cayenne pepper
cajun seasoning
batter:
1/2 cup beer
tablespoon of flour
teaspoon of corn stach
bout 2/3 of an egg
1/4 cup bread crumbs
salt & pepper
cayenne pepper
batter measurements are my best guess
