Doc: It's ok. There's nothing to be embarrassed about. It's perfectly normal to experience an erection during this type of procedure.

Druff: But, Doc, I don't have an erection.

Doc: I know, but I do. Now just relax and count backwards from 100....

Druff: WTF?

That would have been an especially disturbing conversation, given that the doctor was female.
