Spent many weeks annually in the SouthPoint sportsbook during the first two rounds of baseball playoffs. I have Brent Musberger’s autograph. Seems like a thousand years ago now.
.
This made me smile and sad all at once. He probably was thrilled someone asked. It reminded me of meeting Papa Joe Chevalier in Vegas. I used to listen to him syndicated back here in my degen town when I was 20. I never knew what he looked like and they announced him and I had to check him out.
I know what YOU mean. However.....

I remember asking years ago what the glass radio booth was all about. It was VSIN. The creation of Brent and his brother, iirc. A sports wagering station located in a sportsbook. They were far ahead of the Legalized wagering curve. They are on MSG in New York and NESN in Boston now. Prolly many others cities.

Musberger smashed it. To me the autograph means a lot. Guy had vision. His timing was spectacular.
