LeBron is old and a carpet bagger. His level of self absorption makes Kobe look like a sweetheart. LeBron is an awful team mate. His skill used to overcome that. Not anymore

1 Coach Walton is not designing schemes to put them in a position to succeed;
2 The players are not as talented as their opponents; or
3 The players are not putting in the requisite effort.
