lol, so apparently this guy tied a carcass to his jeep to lure the lion out of the park (presumably because it's illegal to kill anything inside the park). Then shined a spotlight on him, then shot him with the arrow, but failed to kill it. Then found him later, shot it with a rifle, skinned it, cut off its head, and left the carcass behind. Tried to destroy the tracking collar, but failed.

Here he is with a Rhino he killed. I wonder if it's a Black Rhinocerous. To stick with the rich man analogy, those are about as common as billionaires.
