Maher is like every liberal Jew I have ever met. They are liberal until their ideology conflicts with the interests of Isreal. Then, ironically, they become total fascists.
The number one recruiting tool for Muslim terrorists is Isreali occupation of Palestine. I support Isreal's right to exist, but their are millions of Arabs in the occupied territories who essentially without a country. Until this 40 year problem is solved, terrorism will continue.
The number two recruiting tool is the US invasion of Iraq. This is portrayed as a continuation of the Crusades. The message is that the U.S. will do anything to secure sources of oil.
