More or less, they show you what's good and don't tell you what's bad. Example let's say John Johnson is a handicapper over there. He goes 100-130 his first 230 NBA games but then goes on a 100-50 run. You won't hear about the 100-130 to start and you will hear about the 100-50 run he is on.

Or you will see lifetime totals for certain sports where one kills it but they won't show you that same guys lifetime totals in a sport where he got crushed.
I'm not saying all of these guys are scrubs and some might have some value but they clearly don't paint the whole picture. If they did you would see win loss totals for every sport all time records from these guys. You will never get that because this is a SALES business and they promote their product the best they can so people will buy it.
