Also, as a guy near Negreanu's age who is also losing hair, I have to say that baldness > hair that looks fake.

I don't understand why he got the plugs anyways. He used to shave his head so it would be nothing to go back to that hairstyle. It's almost like he's afraid of losing his mojo like Elaine's boyfriend on Seinfeld.

Does anyone know when the hair appeared?

Did it coincide with his involvement with Choice Center?

It wouldn't surprise me if some dumbass counselor at Choice Center convinced him that he lost confidence due to his lack of hair, and that restored hair would equal restored confidence.
