I actually did meet her several times, and she made sure to clarify that she would always be "fem presenting" for me unless I wanted her not to be - there was some kind of weird thing going on where she was using me as a barometer of validation. I had quite a few in depth conversations with this person, and I will confess that it was just out of personal curiosity/to study how someone ends up this way. (It didn't hurt that she was taking something that gave her have an insane sex drive.) She hadn't been on testosterone long enough for there to be any noticeable changes besides maybe losing some natural fat deposits, that and some weird thing going on with her voice.
Anyhow, it does have a happy ending unlike the above freak show, and I like to think I contributed to it. She eventually stopped the nonsense and even ended up having a kid. True story. There are way more young women going through this than some of the older people on here might realize, especially in college towns.
