Well, you may not want to be too generous with the praise...will give him a little credit today, he showed himself and Kenzie fixing up this old farm house, thing is huge!! in reality it is more like an old plantation type house/set up... kinda impressed a little bit...
Listings show that farm land 5 acres or less can be had for UNDER 50k. Not saying that's chump change, but not exactly breaking the bank. Especially if he used Mckenzie's credit to get a loan for the 45k lot in Maine!
