My big problem was that I thought you were implying that there is something nefarious about my contest. If there's a problem you have with the site advertising online casinos, then that's your opinion and I would have nothing to the contrary to say about that as the website does, in fact, advertise for offshore online casinos. The hell am I going to do? Say, "No, they don't!"?
I don't think such advertising, in and of itself, is illegal. I should assume they would have went after Wizard, who is in the U.S.A. and makes no secret of where he can be found, when he directly owned the sites if such advertising was illegal. That said, I can't categorically absolutely declare that the advertising is legal, my opinion is that it is, but it's none of my concern whether it is or not.
Again, I want to make it very clear that my compensation is in no way tied to affiliate performance and I have no ownership stake whatsoever in the sites.
