But their problem is the Congressional investigations and hearings on the Biden Crime Family that will certainly take place if repubs take over Congress. If that happens look for Biden to get impeached mostly likely for not securing the border, which can be construed as treason. But he will survive because of the 2/3'rds vote it would take to convict him. You can bet the repubs are chomping at the bit to impeach in retaliation for the Trump impeachments.
