Its only strange to people who haven't been following this "special military operation" since it started. Apparently some people have assumed that Russia would roll right over Ukraine in a matter of days. It has now been over a month. Russia is failing badly.

The only people that I know for sure that assumed that are Americans and NATO. Don't know if Putin has called CNN up and told them his plans or not. But the American war reporting leads me to believe he has.
It is pointless to follow this crap too closely. You just do not know what is propaganda and what is real. I hope russia gets the shit kicked out of it. But what news I do run into always sounds way too rosey for Ukraine. Doubt if that is the way things truly are.
