How do you solve that bathroom problem.
the police were called there for some reason (assuming they dont just happen to walk into that bathroom together, and see all those people there, who happen to be recording?)
they dont know if the person is a Male or a Female (Its damn near impossible to tell IMO)
If you leave the person in there (who didnt have an ID on them?), someone could sue the police or the mall (wherever this took place) for letting the opposite sex in the room.
Im not agreeing with how that situation was handled, but logically, how do you handle that situation? Just let whomever wants to use the restroom, no matter the sex, use it?

they asked for ID. If the "female" had one, she should have shown it. There is no law demanding "she" carry one. I would think that since you cant prove your sex, you would Legally? have to leave, right?

I agree that the cops did the appropriate thing by removing "her" per the complaint. The issue is that the cops are put into an impossible public relations situation by the law. if that bathroom was private property, its up to the store owners to deal with it. They can demand anyone leave. The police would have to get something signed by the store/mall owner before touching/arresting the "Woman" in the bathroom.
My brother said that there has been an absurd amount of calls in the last few months where people are intentionally trying to set up the police with these types of bullshit calls. Everyone when they get there is already recording on the phones, and its people trying to do the "Youre violating my rights" bullshit.
He said that he wouldnt have even gone in that bathroom and told the store owners to handle it. His dept has had several calls like this since that story ran, where people are tying to get a video shot of the police violating them, so they can post on their blogs. Its ridiculous.

CHICAGO (CBS) — About 100 people blocked the entrance of a building at Dearborn and Adams, protesting the ongoing budget stalemate.
Chanting protesters with signs stood outside the entrance to Citadel Headquarters at 131 S. Dearborn. Five people inside blocked the elevators to the Citadel floors.
Their target was Ken Griffin, CEO of Citadel, said to be the richest man in Illinois and Governor Rauner’s largest political donor.
Judy O’Conner with Fair Economy Illinois says the state needs new revenue and the rich need to pay their fair share.
“Right now I am really angry at the way the state is being run,” she said. “I think that the Rauner budget is terrible and even if we compromise, it’s almost like compromising with the devil.”
The protest was part of Moral Mondays Illinois. Chicago police confirm at least 23 people have been arrested.

Guy in 2013 was shot 29 times by CPD. Had two knives. Stabbed 1 cop in the face and wouldnt stop stabbing.

With no video evidence the officers write it up as resisting arrest and the steel blue line cult backs them. The officer that gets the best licks in is treated to drinks at the local bar and put up for a special reward that helps him climb the union ladder. We all know this.
Nothing short of arresting, charging, and firing those involved is warranted. I wish the video didn't surface until after the true criminals had written up their false statements. They will probably get a paid vacation, public verbal slap all while internally treated as hero's.
What other job can employees beat the shit out of their clients and keep their paycheck.
