I was using the music/sound effects to lighten the mood in what was otherwise a long and depressing story.

It wasn't intended to be disrespectful.

Of course everyone would of preferred the shorter story or for badguy to just get to the point but I think in some segments you just got to let the person ramble on without interruption otherwise they stop, then start over back into a part they already mentioned, and the process keeps repeating itself only making the segment carry on much longer.

I'm not just pointing to this segment either as their are tons of them in the past where you just let the person finish up otherwise it goes on longer. Perhaps give them a 5 minute time clock without interruption then they must be quiet until someone else speaks whether it's to ask them questions, give a rebuttal,etc. and if they don't stop then you snap them off the call. I'm saying this for certain segments like a story that don't apply to typical topics that are normally covered here on PFA that some might not want to hear about.

I didn't know/realize Druff followed horse racing?

Druff is big into horse racing, mostly Harness though he even had a race named after his son. Druff also bets Buggy races when in Amish towns. Guys a degen when it comes to the ponies.

He must think he has an advantage if he is betting horses. What's the angle Druff?

The thing is guys, this is a poker/comdey show. Since badguys tale was neither poker nor comedy, Druff injected some comedy. I thought it was funny and much needed. Badguy is an interesting character but hard to keep him on track to tell a fluid story.
