Not jailbreak, unlock. As in use for a different wireless carrier.
Yeah, we are going to need some more info here.
What iOS are you running? If you haven't updated lately, I would suggest NOT doing so.
If you have 8.4, you can't jailbreak right now, though one might be coming soon.
Again, i don't want to jailbreak the phone (unless that also unlocks it).
Its an iphone 5 that's locked to Rogers (a wireless company here in Canada) and I want to use it on a different company, say AT&T for example.
I'm running ios 8.3 on it, if that matters.

I see that you are with Rogers, my phones are all with telus and the offer a unloc for 50 dollars it is weird that Rogers dose not offer the same service. Maybe try calling them and see what they say about that as they are fierce competing company's for customers?

if i recall i did the transaction through the apple app store and got a password from telus it was a huge hassle getting it to work but eventually it worked, i wanted to use my iPhone while in Europe.
