Mets are surprising me so far but I'm not a believe yet.

Oh yeah one team is off to a 9-1 start without there #2 or #3 starting pitcher even playing yet.

Fuck; my Royals are 8-2 and aren't even in first place.......
It's hilarious that we as a society think everyone can be a dr, a lawyer, an engineer. Some people are just fucking stupid. Why can't we just accept that?

He will be fine. Also his defensive yesterday was off the chart better than it has been.

The Cubs got screwed hard by the umpires yesterday, literally one of the worst called games I have ever seen. I was actually surprised they didn't file a grievance with league I know they wouldn't have won but at least it holds the umpires accountable.

Tigers look to be unstoppable. what a line up, fast, good D, pitching great. no one is in their league yet. Got Price at home yesterday for 1.70, Ill take that every time. If they keep playing like this the line will be down to 1.3 in a few weeks.

Glad I forgot to fire on Tigers/White Sox under cause Sanchez is now responsible for both losses. Obviously I'm clowning around about there great start which is nice but it will be a long year.

Went to the Dodgers game last night. Clayton struck out 12 in 6 innings. He was abused by Troy Tuliwitski, but that's what Hall of Famers do. Tulo caused to runs without even batting. He was on deck with 2 out, a guy on second. Blackman ran the count full, knowing the last thing Kershaw would do was walk him after Tulo had already homered and doubled, he fouled two off and hit the next one over the fence.

The dodgers are currently doing something they never do, which is score 5 runs a game. Still to early to tell if the offense is for real, but looks good so far.

GrenadaRoger: lol, but it only seems they don't score 5 per game...2014 they led NL in runs scored, average 4.4 / gm

    Bombs away

    Tigers - Simon
    Yankees - Sabathia

    Over 9

Haven't pulled trigger yet but this could be ridiculous. Gotta check weather.

Cold & possible rain? Need a report from ground zero

Last time Simon pitched he went 8 shutout innings, only giving up 2 hits.
Sabathia on the other hand has been horrible since 2009ish. Detroit hasn't scored hardly at all lately though. I like the under

That under 9 looked great tonight it's just a lot of runs but had it been 7.5 I'd of leaned towards the over.

It's all moot to say that now though I get it and only 4 runs were scored.

Just keep firing on the Tigers ML imo unless they are up against some stud pitcher then maybe just stay away from the game.

Not really sure how anyone bets against the Tigers in any game at this point in time UNLESS Sanchez is throwing and maybe when JV makes his debut.

I saw Sabathia pitching BP against the most powerful offense in baseball. On a warm summer night this might have been something

Yeah, I saw Simon and the weather and I lost interest.

Detroit has scored 2, 1, 2, 3, 9, & 2 runs over their last 6. They are 5-1, losing the game they scored 3 runs. This isn't a team winning with offense. I actually think it's a lot of smoke and mirrors. Good team, but not 11-2 good

They can't keep up at this level it's short term variance that baseball is full of. Their will be games they score 6 runs and lose at some point and other games where they can't win 2-1 all the time.

At this pace they would win 137 games and obviously that ain't happening.

In today's world even getting to 95 wins is a huge achievement for the winning team of any division.

Detroit Tigers remain at No. 1 in MLB Power Rankings. SI 8 hours ago

Detroit is averaging a major-league-best 5.67 runs per game thanks in part to MLB's second-best OPS (.855).
CC Sabathia running on fumes and guts.

Lew, you will be pleased to know the nick "Chef P" is gaining traction in these parts. Was this your original creation? Stealing is the sincerest for of flattery and all that....

Who the hell is Queen Diana?

I'm sure this is in reference to Princess Diana, who tragically was killed before becoming the Queen.

EDIT: Not sure where Chef P comes from, a few of my friends would always say it and it kind of stuck.

Today's bet is Baltimore money line -101 (essentially even money). Jimenez has given up 1 hit in 11 innings so far! And Sanchez for Toronto blows. Even money, easy bet
