Joseph Stiers, the poker pro who was busted for card counting said he was banned at the Baltimore Horseshoe Casino. The Horseshoe and the WSOP is led by the regime of CEO Mitch Garber. Garber is CEO of Caesars Growth Partners which controls both the Horseshoe and the WSOP. Stiers made the mistake of counting cards using a Total Rewards card, which led to his demise. Garber has said that poker is a game of skill, but yet his thugs banned Stiers for using his skill at Horseshoe's blackjack tables. Is Garber a hypocrite?
