Call on Tyrone Woodley, he's going to win.

Looking for a Rd 1 Brown win here
Hi!
I'm Matt Brown and I'm here for the paycheck.
Thought I saw a hint of Rose's buttcheek, but false alarm.
Yea, no ass there.
Love Rose tho.
Kuntmissioner- Liver kicks are deadly for sure. We don't see as many in MMA as in kickboxing but if you take one cleanly the fight is gonna be over.
I was joking around but what the fight did show is Ellenberger wanted this win way more. Brown wasn't ready from the start and you have to be at all times fighting a guy like Ellenberger.
As good as Matt Brown is, his defensive technique is shit. Sometimes he gets away with it via sheer guts but ultimately he has gone as far as hes gonna go in this sport.

I wanted to bet Woodley but not at the price it changed to.
the worst part about this is no wonderboy vs lawler.
that would have been the fight.

Why is Woodley thanking Todd Witteles after winning this fight tho?
New MMA rules voted in today:
Heel kicks to the kidneys, grabbing clavicle are no longer fouls.
Moving forward with your fingers extended is explicitly forbidden.
"Touching" the ground no longer constitutes being grounded, apparently it requires something like 100% of the palm to be on the ground.
They modified the scoring criteria but its not clear how honestly, and they banned sleeves below the elbow and shorts below the knees. Some other minor tweaks to womens gear.
The definition of a grounded opponent was changed so no more bullshit putting your fingertips on the ground to be "grounded". Full palm at least or something like that is the new rule.
All the significant SAC's voted for it except New Jersey. Go figure.

The scoring rules change is where it could affect the betting bottom lines:
http://www.mmafighting.com/2016/8/2/...a-new-rules-inThe most significant change is more clarity in the scoring criteria, long a bugaboo for fans and fighters alike. The new scoring language underscores that effective striking and grappling are the top tier for judging rounds — and only if those things are equal do you judge aggression and then cage control.
The definition of a 10-8 round is also more liberal with the changes, asking judges to look at dominance, duration and impact (or damage). If a round has two of those characteristics, a 10-8 should be considered. If a round has all three of those characteristics, it must be a 10-8 round.
The scoring language was amended in discussion Tuesday to address the presence of the word "damage." New Jersey took issue with that word on a political and legal level as did others, including Bellator MMA head of regulatory affairs Cory Schafer. The word damage will still be used in training judges, but it will not be part of public rules due to the implication.
