For all you early risers. Bisping is fighting in China shortly.

8am EST would be my guess.

what excites me most is that if bisping loses 2 more times in a row that makes him 0-4 in his last 4 and almost guaranteed to be cut/retired.

sadly im sure his next fight will be against like oscar de la hoya and billed as the greatest athletic event of the century and will do a million plus ppv sales despite bisping eeking out a split decision after gassing in the opening minutes of the 2nd round.

Bisping should hang it up after his last fight against a can on the London card. Good run, tho

the stated plan is to retire on the London card in like March or whenever it is.

Bisping has has a hell of a career, age catches up to everyone. Vitor Belfort would be a nice and winnable fight to wind up his career although he already has an opponent.

Gastelum has great hands, tons of power and speed. Him vs Whittaker would be a fun fight although Weidman should be ahead in the line for that one. Gastelum vs Rockhold could make some sense.

the line on gastelum v rockhold would be hilariously exploitable after this mornings performance, rockhold should smotherfuck him with impunity.

i agree btw that bisping v belfort would be fantastic for like at least 90 straight seconds and honestly thats enough for me.

The danger in that fight for Rockhold is he values his stand-up way too highly. He's sloppy with terrible defense and he gets hit. I actually think this is a very dangerous fight for him.

Sounds like the UFC is looking to do Gastelum vs Souza. That's another nice one, I love the bigger middleweights vs the speedy smaller guys.

I literally forgot about that and the Boetsch fight.

UFC been promoting Francis Ngannou as hard as they can lately, and its easy to see why. Guy's got a good story and power for days. A few days ago the UFC put out this video showing he's actually the hardest puncher in the world! Seen a bunch of the regular mma sites write the same general press release style article, basic restating that he's got the new record for punching power. Here's the video.

My favorite thing about this is the metric they used. Units. 129,161 units. Such a big number! So many units!! Tyrone Spong only had 114,000 units!

    Such frauds.

Looks like everything is fucked up again in the UFC as GSP will be sidelined for awhile with colitis.

That looks like a blessing in disguise. GSP is out for a few, with a condition that will likely result in him losing some of the weight he put on (he already lost some of it anyway). He hands the belt back over, Whittaker's interim becomes the real, and GSP is all set for Conor or whoever the fuck they want at 170, or even 155 or a catchweight.
