I process things in my mind visually. So whenever I hear a persons name I automatically change that to an image, an avatar if you will. In the real world you obviously know what people look like so this is natural. In the Internet forum world there are a ton of users we don't really know what they look like. But my mind still processes each and every one of you into an image. Many of those are just your long time forum avatar. Others are randomly "celebrities."
