You probably weren't streaming for long enough. After a couple hours they say you've reached your streaming limit and now you have to log in through your TV provider.I did it at work. How does what your tv package is have to do with it? They never asked me to verify anything

Most sites are going to have popups unless you have a blocker add on. The quality will be watchable but not HD like ncaa.com
