Little known fact: After the banking crisis in 2008 all but sealed the election for Obama, Biden was ordered "shut down" on September 9, basically hidden away from the media until the election.

Obama also was heard saying during that campaign something like, "It's so frustrating. Here I get the news that we are making progress, and then Biden goes out and says stupid shit and fucks everything up."

Biden has no chance to win as President because he can't go too long without saying something stupid/offensive.

I firmly believe the media thinks verbal gaffes matter a ton more than they do. I'm not even talking about Biden's politics, he's just a cool guy. So, he's handsy, but he probably doesn't cheat on his wife. He won't be president unless Obama dies, probably right. He's a better choice than Jeb or Hillary.

As a bit of a back story, a long time ago when Clarence Thomas was being confirmed for the Supreme Court, Smilin' Joe eviscerated the Supreme-to-be in a way I had never seen before and rarely since. Another thing was on September 10th, 2001 when I had stayed up late and for whatever reason was watching C-SPAN and Joe gave a talk on the House floor where he scolded the executive branch for not realizing that we were buying B-2 bombers for a war that was never going to happen, and should instead focus on light armor and quick ground strike operations because of the rise of the middle eastern warlords. I woke up to the towers collapsing the next day.
