Jackson Hewitt has placed the tax worker, Alice Keener, "on administrative leave while the matter is being investigated"
that usually means fired but the paperwork isn't finished yet...
apparently the Jackson Hewitt job was a tax season 2nd job for Keener, she is also an employee of the City of LaPorte, a job she had for 15 years...now that too is in jeopardy as the City's "code of conduct' may have been violated and a similar investigation may occur
the customer, Jessica Albitz, has been banned from the Walmart
no charges, criminal nor civil, have been filed, so far

Police said Keener originally declined to press charges, but an evaluation by a dentist determined that the headbutt knocked two of her front teeth loose.
Keener contacted Deer Park police Feb. 11 to alert them she would like to press charges. Keener was able to provide medical records to police that proved her claims.
Police said they plan to file a warrant for Albitz's arrest in the coming days.
