LA PORTE, Tex. — A fight between a Jackson Hewitt tax worker and a customer inside a Houston Walmart was captured on a cell phone camera. KTKR reports that the verbal confrontation turned violent after customer Jessica Albitz headbutted worker Alice Keener.
But Albitz said that she got into an argument with the worker the day before when she took her husband to file his taxes at the Jackson Hewitt location inside the store. “She was very rude to us,” she said. “And she came in in a bad mood, and so she took it out on us.”
When Albitz returned to the store the next day, she claimed Keener mumbled a profanity in her direction as she was leaving the store.
“I turn around and said excuse me,” Albitz said. “I did say something back. She came out of her cubicle and followed me to the entrance.”
The chaos was captured on a cell phone camera and that video was posted to YouTube on Monday.
“Take your poor *** out this store,” Keener is heard saying on the video. “Your momma is a &^%$.”
That’s when things went from bad to worse.
“She spit in my face,” Albitz said before delivering a brutal head-butt to Keener.
But Kenner fought back and tackled Albitz. Then the fight spilled merchandise from a table onto the floor as the two women brawl.
“Ladies, stop,” one woman is heard begging in the video. before a man tries to separate the women.
In the video, Keener is heard yelling out that Albitz was the instigator.
“You better get her. You better get her. She coming in here messing with me I’m at work,” Kenner said in the video.
Albitz, who said she has a knot on her head and a bruse on her arm, was given a trespassing warning from police.
KTRK has made several attemps to contact Keener, but the station reports she has to responded. to our requests.
Neither woman was charged with a crime.
