This case has now been settled with Albino making a payment to Two Plus Two and final dismissal of the suit and the judgment should be done in the near future.

Over / Under on the payment amount? I don't think it could have been more than a few thousand given that Albino paid it and twoplustwo probably just wanted to get a victory at this point.

Thought this was settled last year. Dutch Boyd sent 2+2 an apology letter and they stickied on the front page of the NVG forum.

I don't think Mason could really touch him from Nevada -- at least not without a lot of expense and effort that Mason wasn't likely to put forth at this point. Besides, wasn't the judgment against that Anthony kid, not Yebsite?

Maybe he was trying to get a job and wanted this monkey off his back, but honestly there's enough on the internet about this to where any employer is probably going to feel the same way, regardless of whether he paid or not.

I asked Mason if this meant that Anthony is off the hook. He said yes, and that Anthony never had to pay anything.

I think they eventually realized that he really was innocent, so they decided to do the right thing.
