lol now they are fucking me out of their weekly promotion for sports betting as well.... you are supposed to get 5% of your sports betting losses credited back to your account every monday as a freebet...
i lost around $240 this week so should have a $12 freebet coming... doesnt seem like much but i always make like a 5 team parlay which i have a shot at winning $250 or so... but they arent giving it to me this week claiming that "i dont have any net losses"

I contacted them several times and they just kept saying I had a weak connection

I have up to 100 Mbps connection
Laptop with internal and a backup external WiFi adapter, have my girls laptop and tablet
and a hotspot
Was happening on both connections with all devices but yeah its on my end
