BBT Bank fail, Card gets declined for 22.00

So last night I head over to chipotle and order our normal order which comes to about 22.00 give the lady my bank card and it comes back declined, What are you fucking kidding I ask, No sir I put it though 3 times and it comes back declined, Well isnt this fucking great I have roughly about 4k in checking and left the house with no cash on me, So I look like a busted idiot with a long line behind me as I leave with no food, I come back home log in to BBT and have 0.0 Balance. So I have to call them this morning and get to the bottom of this epic fail

I get that, but its a lesser found Regional bank. Seems most regional bankers in FL go with SunTrust. I had SunTrust till last year, not a huge fan, but being in most Walmarts in FL and having the extra/late hours that is nice.

This is true but I have PNC also which I use more, I have never had sun trust account but not a lot of them around here either, Now days I almost never go to the bank anyway with everything done online, Really I wish it was like the old days when cash was king, Fuck all the bank cards, hackers etc

surprised this happened. BBT is one of the most sound banks. They have a lot of cash reserves (on hand ) with a solid dividend. They do have only an average earning per share but that is because of their conservative nature. Pretty good bank that is high rated

We eat there maybe twice a week, I like it because its quick. Never have to wait long even if their is a long line

I usually just let things go also, I sent my better half back with a different card so not as bad as some people out there, Some people who only have bb&t bank card are really pissed off over this fail

Seems fair, These banks cards can be a nightmare, Last year some how my card number was stolen and some coons were using it at a circle K in fort myers buying kool cigarettes and beef jerky
